Budget Billing

Sample Budget Bill

 

Budget Billing is a service offered through the REMC for those members who have been at the SAME location for at least 12 months.  This service is designed to help members, know in advance, what their electric bill is going to be.  Budget Billing begins in July each year. The previous 12 months of electric usage are used to determine the monthly budget payment amount. The budget amount will be evaluated during the year and will be adjusted as applicable due to usage, weather conditions, and rate adjustments.  If you are on the budget, please let the REMC know if you have added any major appliances, air conditioners (window or central air), electric heating, hot tubs, water heaters, etc....  Click here if you have any questions regarding the budget or would like to sign up.
